To set the record in the reverse zone of the domain (PTR) record on your virtual server must be authorized in billing panel, then go to the server management tab (Settings), and in the field rDNS specify its value as domain.com

Note, the name of PTR record must be entered WITHOUT a dot at the end. Also note that changes can take up to 60 minutes to take effect. If you have trouble adding a PTR record, you can open a support ticket or contact our support team via live chat.
