Administration

The following services are included in free basic administration:

  • We respond in Telegram, tickets, or email (24/7, no breaks or holidays). Issues are handled in queue order.
  • Initial installation of the OS and control panel (AApanel, Hestia, FastPanel, and others) with settings optimized from our long-term experience.
  • Updates to the OS and server software from standard repositories, on client request or at the company’s initiative when needed.
  • Help diagnosing and fixing issues with core services (nginx, apache, mysql, php, proftpd, bind, postfix, exim or sendmail).
  • Applying client-specified parameters to server config files or changing settings.
  • Installing PHP extensions from standard repositories.
  • Antivirus scanning of client sites (clamav, «ai-bolit») on request.
  • Migrating sites from other hosting providers, including with Clonezilla (for full VM migration from providers such as Hetzner Cloud, Vultr, and others).

Convenience and automation

Most of the time our users do not need manual administration, because our server control panel automates many tasks. For example, you can add a disk and expand the VPS disk layout without using fdisk. If you lose the root password, it can be restored through the control panel.
