Hmara supports multiple backup methods to keep your server data safe and secure.

  • Automatic backups — weekly
  • Manual backups — on demand
  • Instant snapshots

Creating a backup manually

To create a backup, select the server in the menu and go to the «Backups» section. Then click the «Create Backup» button in the window that appears.

Note

Creating a backup does not affect VPS operation, performance, or access. We still recommend avoiding changes to data on the VPS while a backup is being created.
